Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Dranovo website (dranovo.com), its contact and support forms, and the client portal at my.dranovo.com (conversations, project start links, quotes, contracts, invoices and files). If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Content on the site, including the timelines mentioned for services, is general and indicative, to help you understand how we work. It is not a binding offer.

Each project's scope, timeline, cost, payment terms and ownership are set in that project's quote and contract, which prevail over anything on the site.

• Every quote shows a validity date; after it expires, the price may change.
• Accepting a quote online (typing your name, agreeing to the terms, and confirming an email code for larger amounts) is binding agreement to its contents.
• An accepted quote isn't edited; any change in scope is made through a new additional quote.
• Payment is in instalments as set in the quote: a deposit on acceptance, the rest tied to delivery milestones or set dates.
• Issued invoices are never edited; corrections are made with a credit note. Any overpayment stays on your account as credit.

Services such as hosting, domains and maintenance are billed in advance for each period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) as set in the quote, and the invoice reaches you before the period starts.

You can cancel any recurring service at any time. It runs to the end of the paid period without an automatic refund, and no new invoices are issued after that.

The builds shown on the Work page and published on subdomains (such as shop.dranovo.com) are showcase demos we built to show what we can do.

• The brands, products, prices, addresses and data inside them are fictional and are not confirmed client work.
• Orders, bookings and payments in them are not real and are never fulfilled.
• Don't enter real payment details or sensitive information in them.

When using the site and its forms, you agree not to:

• Send spam, advertising or misleading messages, or impersonate anyone.
• Upload harmful files or content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
• Try to disrupt or break into the site, or bypass its protections and rate limits.
• Use automated tools to scrape content or submit forms.

We may block any use that breaks these terms without prior notice.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the right to share any files or images you attach. By sending them, you let us use them only to reply to you and provide the service, under our Privacy Policy.

If your idea involves confidential information, tell us before sharing the details so we can agree how it will be handled.

The Dranovo name, logo, site design, content and demo builds belong to Dranovo and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Ownership of projects we build for clients is set in each project's agreement — and our principle is that clients fully own their projects.

The site may link to other sites and services such as WhatsApp and social networks. We're not responsible for their content or policies.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect damages arising from using, or being unable to use, the site.

We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect from the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and we always aim to resolve any disagreement amicably through direct contact first.
